About me
Julianne Arkangel-Kawaha and Gale (Noe) Taum are District Office Teachers serving Kaʻu-Keaʻau-Pahoa Complex Area Schools. Both born and raised on Hawaiʻi Island, Julianne and Noe are passionate about ensuring access to quality education and supportive, least restrictive learning environments for our disadvantaged children.
