About me
Stacie Kaichi-Imamura is a State Mathematics Resource Teacher with the Hawaii Department of Education (HIDOE) in the Office of Student Support Services, Exceptional Support Branch. She has worked in the HIDOE for almost 30 years and has worked as a classroom teacher and Math Coach at the school level, and as a Mathematics Resource Teacher at both the complex area and State level. Stacie has been a National Board Certified Teacher (Early Childhood Generalist) since 2007 and has also been awarded the Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching for Hawaii in 2004. She currently serves as the Hawaii Council Teachers of Mathematics (HCTM) President and the National Council Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) Elementary Director.
