- Session Logistics
- How long are the speaking slots and what format is expected? Workshops are 90 minutes. We want you to really stake your tent in the ground and model the kind of interactive, high-engagement teaching we want to see in every classroom. Let’s get our participants moving, talking, and doing; if they’re just watching slides, they might as well be hibernating!
- What audiovisual equipment will be provided? All classrooms have a screen, desks/tables and chairs, and wifi. Most can be connected to your laptop via wireless presenting - but bringing your own dongle/tech is always recommended.
- Can I request additional technology or resources? Yep! Just ask us! We will do what we can.
- Promotions & Materials
- How can I promote my session to attendees? Once registered in sched you can promote your session on platforms you enjoy
- Can I distribute handouts or promotional materials? - Yes! Please do!
- Post-Event Materials
- Can I get attendee feedback from my session? - Yes! Sched has feedback attendees can submit that you see automatically. At the end of camp we can also share the global feedback collected if you wish!
