In this collaborative, resource-packed workshop, we will break down the maps for three distinct pathways:

The Aspiring Teacher Trek: For EAs, substitutes, and support staff who are ready to take the leap into becoming fully certified classroom teachers. We’ll show you the exact steps and programs available to get you there.
The Emergency Hire & Praxis Pass: For our current emergency hire teachers or anyone staring down a Praxis exam. Learn how to access vital financial assistance for test fees, alongside dedicated coaching to ensure you clear the hurdle.
The Summit Reclassification: For our already certified kumu who are ready to climb to the next pay tier. We will demystify the reclassification process, helping you turn your professional development into higher pay.
